We stand behind our products. You may need to return item(s) for one reason or another. Items that are returnable are accepted within 20 days of original shipment date-PLEASE NOTE: we need to be notified of your intent to return within 7 days of RECIEPT of delivery.
PLEASE SCROLL DOWN THIS PAGE FOR A LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. ITEMS NOT LISTED AS NON-RETURNABLE ARE RETURNABLE with a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee covers our costs incurred packaging, and processing orders. In some cases of exchange only we may elect to waive this fee. Please notify us via email of your intent to return WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF delivery and the ship date of your planned return. This way we can watch for your items and begin to process your refund. We expect the item(s) returned to be in brand new condition. Please do not attempt to return items that have been used. Used items are redirected back to you. |

Please note the following items are not subject to return or refund: all of our items are made as our customer orders. We accept returns on all of our mainstream items, however, some items are non-returnable: #1 Curtains - All curtains are made as the customer orders and made to customer specification. Curtains are non-returnable. #2 Fabric by the yard- all fabric by the the yards options are non-returnable as we only use rolled goods and cannot accept cut lengths back. #3 Items that have been customized (e.g. change the size of our standard size throw, alter any size that is not our standard stock size, or change in any way to the original design of our product that has been requested by customer. Customized baby bedding sets, items with trims that are customized to your specifications are non returnable. #6 Animal Print Bed Sheets our combo sheet sets where you pick the trim color on the satin top sheet and pick the bottom sheet. These are custom and non-returnable. # 8 DINING ITEMS with an order value of $50 or more # 9 Bedskirts with an 18" drop - 18" drop bedskirts of any size baby through king are non-returnable. King bed skirts are non-returnable # 10 TWIN OR QUEEN SIZED FUTON COVERS: - Please note:the majority of FUTON covers are FULL size. Twin and queen sized are sometimes ordered by mistake and are CUSTOM-therefore; TWIN and QUEEN are non-returnable whereas FULL size can be returned. |
